These past few weeks we have been collecting school supplies for the Joe James Community Center kids & The duPont Middle School students. I’m proud to say that over half of the backpacks were gone the first Sunday!! Thank you East Coast for your investment in what God is doing through in this city!
It has come to our attention that there is a real need for clothing for some of the families, five in particular. There are about 20 children that need clothing. If you would like to sponsor a child or family for school clothing please email us at info.eastcoast@gmail.com. We will then send you the age, gender, and sizes of the child(ren) that you would need to shop for.
To sponsor a child we are asking that you provide them with

A pack of underwear
-
A package of socks
-
A pair of shoes
-
And at least one outfit to get them started for school.
The DEADLINE date for turning in your items to church is SUNDAY AUGUST 7th. East Coast, we are presented with a huge need. We have an opportunity to meet that need, build a bridge, and bring a voice for the gospel. If you would like to help out, please email us.
